Darkness Falls Paranormal Society was created in October 2007 by Chad Selzler, Kymberlee Morehead, and Doty Orth. It is a team made up of differing backgrounds, religions, and beliefs that work together to investigate supposed claims of haunted homes, businesses, historical sites, and other locations at no cost to you. If you are outside of our area, we do contact friends we have in order to help you any way we can. The current group is Chad and Kymberlee Selzler, Doty Orth, Nate Borger, Rhea MacDonald, Megan Bunger, Walt Boland, John Cuellar, Casey Croop, Dyan Kumlien, and Jynna Gustafson. Armed with voice recorders, night cameras, K-2 meters, EMF detectors, digital cameras, and their wits; they enter the dark domains few dare tread trying to gather evidence to disprove that such places are haunted as claimed. As the team has sometimes discovered, some claims are true and cannot be debunked. During the investigations that they cannot debunk, they take the proper steps to rid poltergeists, ghosts, demons, and other paranormal phenomenon from the area bringing peace to others.
We have been to such places as the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls, SD, Moody County Museum in Flandreau, SD, Pipestone County Museum in Pipestone, MN, and The Calumet Inn also in Pipestone, MN. We have also investigated private residences in Sioux Falls, Dell Rapids, and Canton all in South Dakota. We also investigated outside locations at the Bethania Cemetary and the Pioneer Memorial Monument. For pictures and detailed videos, please visit our myspace page through the contact us tab.

Dear Chad Selzler and Investigative Team:
I just wanted to thank you again for conducting a very professional investigation on November 22, 2009 at the military base here in SD, area. I really appreciate the enthusiasm to investigate a difficult case in which a resident lost his life at the facility, and needed some closure to reach out to a potential lost soul. Hopefully his soul will find peace, and your group helps to ensure that people still care enough to investigate if help is needed.
I like the fact that your group promptly showed up at 7 pm, just as you promised. And I also was impressed by the pre-screening phone calls prior to November 22 that helped establish the foundation for a case study, and ?need to investigate?. I think you took the correct number of hours to investigate the base, and I appreciate the observations made by your staff member thats sensitive to paranormal activity. All the technical equipment for EVP detection, cameras and additional detection tools seemed to mirror what Ive seen TAPS utilize on a regular basis. Many thanks for your diligence and concentration on this case, and I hope to contact you again for a future investigation.
Sincerely,
Kurt Woodard

Thanks Darkness Falls Paranormal Society, for conducting a very professional investigation of the Washington Pavilion of Arts and Science. The evidence you provided to us was very unexpected but helped support alot of claims of the Pavilions haunted history. You made a believer out of me of the Paranormal and the stories we all heard about the Pavilion.
